Andrean High School’s varsity baseball team delivered a dominant 2025 campaign, finishing 31-3 overall and a perfect 11-0 in Northwest Crossroads Conference play to secure the conference title.
The season took place during the spring of 2025 in Merrillville, Indiana, with the 59ers posting a 17-2 record at home, 6-1 on the road, and an unbeaten 8-0 mark at neutral sites.
Andrean overwhelmed opponents on both sides of the ball, scoring 335 runs while allowing just 90. The team produced numerous lopsided victories, including wins of 20-0 over Highland, 25-7 against Hammond Morton, 17-0 versus De La Salle, and 22-1 in postseason play against River Forest. The 59ers also defeated several strong programs, including Penn, Zionsville, Lincoln-Way East, and Jasper. Their only setbacks came against Brother Rice, Illiana Christian, and St. Laurence, and they closed the season on a six-game winning streak.
In tournament action, Andrean continued its dominance with shutout wins over Highland and NorthWood before edging Jasper 4-3 to cap the postseason run.
Andrean finished the year ranked No. 1 in Indiana and No. 53 nationally, cementing one of the most successful seasons in program history.
