Andrean High School’s basketball team, the Fighting 59ers, is set to begin its 2025–26 season with an away game against Merrillville in a non-conference matchup. The game is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, at 7:00 PM CST at Merrillville High School.

These teams did not face each other during the previous season, making this their first encounter in the recent series between Andrean and Merrillville.
