Andrean girls wrestling faced a challenging competition, falling 72–6 to Logansport at the Lowell Girls Super Duals.

The event was held on December 6 at Lowell High School as part of the regular-season multi-dual competition. Despite limited team points, Andrean’s Krystina Gil achieved a notable victory by securing a pin at 145 pounds, putting Andrean on the scoreboard. With a young roster still gaining experience, the meet provided essential early-season mat time and opportunities for development against a larger lineup. Andrean aims to improve its scoring output as the season progresses and more athletes find their competitive weight classes.

According to team representatives, the 59ers continue to demonstrate determination as they navigate a demanding December schedule that will contribute to their postseason readiness.

The next event for Andrean Girls Wrestling is scheduled for December 17 at Hobart High School.
