The Andrean High School girls volleyball team will open its 2025 season with a challenging stretch of road games, looking to set the tone early in Northwest Crossroads Conference play.
The 59ers begin Aug. 21 at Lake Central before traveling to Chesterton on Aug. 25 and Hanover Central on Aug. 26. Their home opener is Aug. 28 against Kankakee Valley.
Andrean’s September schedule features key conference matchups, including trips to Munster (Sept. 2), Lowell (Sept. 9) and Highland (Sept. 16), along with home contests against Hobart (Sept. 4) and Hanover Central (Sept. 23). A return trip to Kankakee Valley on Sept. 18 and a match at Hobart on Sept. 25 add to the competitive slate.
The regular season closes with pivotal home games against Munster (Sept. 30), Lowell (Oct. 2) and Highland (Oct. 7) before the team travels to Hammond Bishop Noll on Oct. 9.
Head coach and players alike will be focused on building consistency, improving communication and capitalizing on home-court advantage. With a mix of experienced returners and emerging talent, the 59ers aim to contend for conference success and prepare for a strong postseason push.
